Not too long ago i just went in training and tried to hit them... it happened once and i was psyched. About a week later i was hitting 3/10 and so on so just keep trying and watch guides as well. Something in a tutorial might just make sense in that moment. or maybe download workshop maps if you can. The flying through hoops for 10 minutes backwards helped me ALOT.
