its got everything it needs to be a flip reset. try going slower. faster. higher. lower. get a feel and imagine a defender there. imagine yourself defending and make it your own.
eventually youll have a flip reset that happens as easy as a pass would. muscle memory.
imagine someone up in the air trying to block your "aerial"
watch my first shot in clip above. they didnt hit the ball because they didnt think id be flip resetting. i was in aerial air dribble position until last second.
pay attention to your cars "body language"
you dont want the defender to know you are packing a banger until they miss

flip reset is like 15 mechanics in 1 that need to be burned into your muscle memory and eyes.
even the angle and speed of touch matters. that can change a flip reset to a double touch flip reset with just a little more power.

sony vegas pro should have some free editing software thats easy to use.
outplayed clips 10 seconds before your goal, the goal, the replay. thats it.
so you can make easy montages to analyze progression. takes like 10 mins to edit a month of progress to watch in a 5 minutes

depending on your frontflip and angle depends on how high or low ball will go
the frontflip is last second and i recommend doing a half flip into it for more force
