Recovery time, baiting, making the ball go your way, blocking their passes before the play starts, that's harder than just flip resetting everything.

2. liftoff
3. learning timing of rotation

After that you have to learn how to go HIGH then LOW so you can juke the aerial defender and get behind or above goalie.
