Okay man, I’d say if he knew how to double flip reset but he was Plat 1 I’d say it’s pretty cool but flip resetting isn’t gonna get you into Champ, it’s everything but that. It’s one of those things that is cool to learn but depending on the rank it’s either very helpful or not at all. Learning this in D1 isn’t bad it’s probably pretty helpful, by the time you get to D1 your ability to get the ball in the air, be it a wall hit or a ground dribble should all but hurt your ability to get a good flip reset hit. I’d say don’t sweat it.
