doing no air roll will be better if you are learning for the first time

when you pop the ball up, try to get only a small tap on it, make sure it doesnt go too far

make sure when you pop the ball up you are shooting into the goals, as if you are taking a wall shot

having this accuracy makes it so you can just boost / dribble the ball in with no air roll which makes it a lot easier for practice, and will be a completely valid method till late diamond

for the set-up, it just comes with practice

but make sure you copy the first second lines 👍

TLDR : pop ball up in direction of goals weakly, and then don't air roll

Well, main thing I can say is try to learn what your habits are (like do you go after the ball a lot? Or do you play more passively for example), along with your strengths and weaknesses. Learn how to blame yourself sometimes, as not everything will be your teammates faults. Work on everything to become a better player, but do things in small increments so you can see where you go with your improvement. That's how I've gone slowly from about platinum to a now pretty consistent despite the fact that there's definitely areas I could improve in.
Just take you're time, and pretty soon for yourself, you'll be a better player in no time, and you'll be finding (hopefully) better teammates as you solo que <3
Though, most importantly, just try to enjoy the game!

Ye, my mechanics are good for my rank like way beyond everyone elses. But my rotation is trash. Ik u told me to not blame my teammatss but they never hit my passes they miss the ball they play like silvers. And they make owm goals. So for me to win i have to play like no1 else does cuz its a 1v3 or 1v5 most of the time so my rotation is fucked and keeps me from ranking up a bit

Sometimes that happens. They are human beings too. People make mistakes. It happens
You'll win games and lose games. Sometimes it is admittedly a teammates fault. But sometimes it could be your own too. But that's just a part of competitive play.
Rotation can improve by again learning what your habits are, but more importantly seeing how your teammate(s) may play and adapt to them appropriately. There's many other factors involved that could be much better explained by better players ofc,,
But if I'm being honest, the best way to improve is just by playing the game, and sometimes taking the time to train up on a certain aspect, whether that's like a dribble or perhaps recovery skills, and again, taking time to know what your skills are and take advantage of them until you can better yourself in other areas

It's definitely a process that goes by differently for everyone. Just don't expect immediate progression in skill. If you're patient and practice up on things, you'll be better in no time <3
