Octane has awesome design potential actually. Just with Shisha and Gale fire you can do wonders....

Heres another design i use. I have the blck sterns instead of the tunica and then i use lime standard as well

Twitch isn't doing a good job of explaining. What he means to say is that the only restriction will be on the car-specific decals it has. Those decals wont be able to be used on other cars. However, you can use any other global decals on the skyline.

Some decals make a car look darker or lighter

If you equip a blackmarket on a regular octane it will make the corners look shiny

Were as with a normal non animated decal such as flames it will just look normal

Also black markets will make white cars look brighter white

At least on my white fennec thats the case

These fit quite well (cause primary is red but pearl matte so it has a muted orange effect on the car overall, also use anodized on secondary so its actually gold, not orange)
