kinda depends on your style. i like retro, so for Fennecs i roll with Yorebands (painted preferably) + painted Gaidens, that's like... 200cr (more if painted Yores)

for Octane at that budget i'd keep it simple, it's boring but i dont hate just a simple Cristiano + Anodized Pearl
