Neo Tokyo is cool for flashy designs, it makes the bright parts alot brighter and the dark parts alot darker.
Champions Field and DFH Day is cool for poppy and colorful designs since it makes everything very vibrant.
Urban Central normal and night makes shit dark.
Certain maps like Farmstead, Forbidden Temple or Urban Central Dawn have certain colored lighting (e.g. Farmstead orange/redish), which rarely come in use, but can help focus the design onto a certain color and vibe.

If you want to be close to menu lighting i normally go for Beckwith Park or Mannfield Stormy.
