I prompted him to write such a report because I originally asked a moderator on this discord server if a streamer playing moves suggested from his chat was allowed or not

you can always tell us if you're being harassed I have pretty much all the other ones so usually if they ping a bunch of roles I get it to. It's onl;y happened like 3 or 4 times. he picked randomly and it kinda worked

hello, I'm with OP on this one.
I'm sorry I'm going to repeat things because I don't think you guys understand what's going on and how unacceptable this is. We understand moderators are not paid and that lichess is a free open source website (though with the taketaketake paternership this has changed, the userbase is now the product). This user is streaming chess on lichess everyday, everyday the chat is sending moves, everyday he reads them and uses them (when they are good). The first report was made more than two weeks ago, we waited couple of days before doing another report because lichess may be warning users as a first option. We then did a second report a week later, we got no answer from lichess, not that he has been warned, not that he has been banned, in the meantimes he is cheating everyday. Everyday the term of service of lichess doesn't change it still stipulate that cheating is not allowed, it specifically mention the streaming/chat combo.
Now it's been three weeks, as I'm writing this message, the user is streaming and cheating, people who are giving moves are his moderators mostly, they know everything about what they are doing, there's never a 'okay we put the chat in emote only' or 'okay, i'll play unrated to keep it fair'. They conscientiously cheat that way everyday. Right now as I'm writing this message the streamer just talked to one of his main moderator about the moves he was giving saying (in a vigorous, annoyed way) 'be precise god damn it i only have 1m30 left on the clock' like he wants full moves sequences spoodfed. I'm sorry but you moderators on lichess are doing absolutely nothing, the reports which have been made are crystal clear, urls and corresponding timestamp to games and VODs, there's no thinking or judging whether the user is using stockfish or not, it's about confirming that the informations in the report are made. You say to make the report in english? They have. Please wake up or make me moderator <@&1402040521249132615>

They receieved a time out and an official warning from lichess. Either they appealed successfully, or they didn't get their account TOS marked from being reported

@tawdry raft thanks for raising this again. Unfortunately neither @raven kraken nor I nor @prime forge @queen furnace are Lichess mods and can't help you with the report. If it's in French it may take longer while they ask a French speaking mod to look at the report. OP is already in contact with @spice prism so they should be able to talk in DM .

No, there has only ever been one cheat report about that player and it was made today.

I believe what's happening is every day or two you post a new report. it adds them together and updates the time stamp pushing the report to the bottom of the queue again as it appears as a new report after each.
I highlighted it to our cheat mods yesterday hopefully it will get reveiwed soon
