Reading docs currently both arena and swiss tournaments don't mention 'since' or 'before' for pagination, only 'max'. Also having 'rated' filter would be nice

Indeed there's no pagination. As the doc states, it streams all the tournaments
you just close the stream when you have enough tournaments

Actual use, we have a website for our chess school, and for weekly tournaments we give out rewards for 1/2/3 places. But there are also unrated tournaments created on lessons, usually with custom positions and such. I'm filtering on my server, so not super important
