#White to play and mate in 2

how is promoting to a knight a draw
Tbf I looked at the position more and i kind of dislike how hard the knight draw is, but nd7, nd6, nb6, and if white nxe7 threatening nh6#, black goes nd5 and has a perpetual. Essentially this position works because if white doesnt mess up they're always a few moves away from mate, black is a few moves away from breaking itself out from its position and winning, and they stop each other because if black commits to opening up its position white is faster with mate

A clearer version of this puzzle would be if there were no pawns on the e file, where black just wins if white underpromotes to a knight with ne6 and ng5 but i realized that after i'd posted this version so
