On my profile in the activity section, it shows that my rating went down by 103 and says it's 1741. But I went 4-0 and think it should be 1800+

Oh are you a Lefong viewer?
That's because you play correspondence games concurrently. Some may end earlier than others. Say you are playing a game where you are rated 1763, but 1738 on another game. The rating doesn't automatically update to the higher number. It's happened to me a lot, it's no bug
And speaking of, the devs should fix that

It's a known issue, but the activity log disappear in 7 days so it's probably not that urgent to fix it. 🤷
Btw, the rating is correct, if you look at the perf page https://lichess.org/@/BishopBlessings/perf/correspondence (and that's the one that counts).
