I want to make a bot that deliberately plays hated, memed, or objectively bad openings, like the Fried Fox Attack, Bongcloud, Scholar's Mate, Ware, London, Caro Kann, etc.

Some of these are objectively bad, obviously, so I want to know, even if the bot still tries to win after it plays a bad opening, if it is still allowed to play rated games.
