#Bio Texts and Images not visible for some users

One of my team captains (Nathalie_Juno) asked me some days ago whether i can still see her profile picture and her text she was writing in her biography. And when i clicked on her profile i could see neither of them (i always could until around 1 month ago). Also other users she asked could not see it. But when she looks into her profile, then the complete text and picture is still visible.

When i look into other players profile i can see the complete bio with pictures and text.

She is quite desperate since she put in a lot of effort into her profile and is very sad that others cannot see it anymore.

What could be the problem and how can it be solved?

No, the problem is different. Everything works fine for her, she can play, she can open tournaments, she can watch games and do everything she wants to do on the site. Just her biography including her profile pic cannot be seen when another player goes to her profile.
