#Connectivity issue on lichess.org

I have been facing many connectivity issues on lichess.org for the past year now. I only came to know about discord server of lichess today, so I'm posting here.
Once I get paired, I have to reload a page many times just to get online in the game, be it an arena or a normal game. Once I get online, only then I can play the game. This is the reason why I haven't moved in many of my arena games, and why many of my games are aborted daily, I just can't get online on time. I reload the page every 3 seconds, but many times, I still can't get online. Not only that, even on the homepage, I have to reload multiple times to see what challenges exist in the lobby. Even when I have to message someone in lichess, I have to wait for at least 4-5 minutes, I can only send my message once the reconnecting sign disappears, and since I play on chrome on phone, I can't reload the inbox page, so I have to wait till the sign itself disappears. I have no idea what to do about it, many of my friends also have the same problem, and many of them have shifted to chess.com because of the same reason.
Recently, I have been banned from joining arenas because of this reason. Kindly look into the matter and tell me what to do.

Hello Mohammad, that sounds really bad.

Could you tell me a bit about your internet connection? For instance, are you using your phone's internet (like on a mobile network), a home internet connection over Wi-Fi, or public Wi-Fi?

Understanding a bit more about your setup helps us figure out what might be causing the problem. Feel free to share only what you’re comfortable with.

Hello sir. I am using my phone's internet (mobile network). However, I have been doing that for a few years now, but this problem started in Jan 2023

I'm also experiencing great stability issues and overwhelmingly long loading times, making it very tedious to browse forums and profiles, and putting me in the mood of not even thinking about playing any games

Mohammad, we're making some small changes to the servers which handle "reconnecting" episodes. We've also added some logging that won't fix your issue, but might give us a clue why it happens. That logging won't be in place until a future server restart. For now, be patient.

Cedur, if you're having problems browsing forums and profiles then the problem is likely your device, local to your network, your ISP, or their backbone.

Can you answer the question though? Are you still having problems getting forums and profiles and are you in western europe?

After that, it shows the pages I have visited in lichess.org over the past few day(around 150 of them) and then there is the 'clear logs' button

what does it say in Settings > Apps > All Apps > Chrome > App battery usage ?

also, are you using a VPN and do you know if your data plan and radio use 3G, 4G, or 4GLTE?

    2)The option 'Background data' is turned on
    I do not use a VPN and the data plan is most likely 4G, but I'm not too sure about it. It surely is not 3G

Can you tell me, either here or in private message, the provider name and region of your cellular data plan? I will use this to search for similar reports of forceful idle connection closes on your network in hopes of a workaround.
