it doesn't force white to checkmate black

You have to make it forced

#

after ||2. Bh3 white can play Bg6 , Bh7 , etc and he is not forced to play Be4+||

No I meant after ||Qd5+ Be4 Bh3, the white bishop is still pinned||

Indeed, there are multiple solutions to this one. Which is unfortunate.
