Game Appeal Dilemma

I have genuinely not cheated in my games, but I have been marked for external assistance in games. Is there any point in appealing when the moderators don't seem to understand? 😦

I got shadow banned for the same reason. I was in a match with someone and we got into a cussing battle. It shows that I got banned for cheating, and he also got banned for cheating. Our accuracy that game was around 70%. I think the system automatically puts all TOS violations as cheating. Strangely, I'm not muted and neither is he. This was in a blitz game.

I've never cheated but I have been toxic in chat, I'm muted for this reason

Now, cheat could mean only some moves rather than the whole game

So accuracy doesn't show on its own whether somebody cheated or not
