#White to play and win

||Rxh7, (Kxh7=M3) so dxc3, O-O-O Ba3+, Kb1 cxd2 Qxd2 = completely winning. Rxh7 Qe8, O-O-O Kxh7, Qh5+ Kg8 Qh6 threatening both Rh1 and Bxg6. Rxh7 Ba6, Qg4 Bg5, Qxd6 Rxh7, O-O-O. ?? Are some other lines too, not sure which line you want to hear and what blacks best defence is||
Also not 100% sure on the first move
||Bg6 if takes Qxe4 threatening knight and mate on g6, if Qe8 then O-O-O Rh2, Rh1 and look for mate with Rh7 then Rh7 and Rh1 to h7, completely winning||
initial move correct, move 2 wrong, because ||cxd2+ Rxd2 Bg5, not only do you lose material but simplification is also forced||
in hindsight this is one of the greatest line ever. this forced line begins with move 18, and ends at move 33 with white pawn up and unsafe black king
doesnt worry, lets work this move by move
attack not quick enough. one defensive idea is that black is quick enough to pull of is putting a piece on f5. in the best line instead of O-O-O (not too far from best) white playing Nc4, theres Rf5 and black is objectively winning (tho practically unclear). and if following ur line and castle theres time for Qf7 Qf5 defending the pawn and asking for queen trade, the castles top line goes 18.Bxg6 hxg6 19.Qe4 Qe8 20.O-O-O?! Bb7 21.Qg4 Qf7 22.Rh6 Qf5 23.Rxg6+ Kf7 and the king runs. if instead of 21.Qg4 u play 21.Rh2 as per suggestion, then black actually has counterattack Ba3+ then knight discovery on white queen then black queen joins and black attacks first.
(18.) ||Rxh7 dxc3|| is correct. we end up here. as it goes to move 33 i'll update the board
alright lets take a look then
|| also I thought after cxd2 I would go Kb1||
||I think after 18. dxc3, 19. Ne4, Kxh7 20. Nf6+?||
the refutation to your ||Kb1|| line is ||Ba6!||
aha
nope, just ||20...Kg7 in u go with the 19.Ne4||
ok this refutation is insane
hahaha
there is a calmer line with ||20...Kh8 instead||
||then what is the move instead of Ne4, Bxg6 Kd1? or something along those lines?||
||20...Kg7 21.Qe4 Qxd3!!||
in which line
ok full refutation of ur line, which is insane is as such
||19. Ne4, Kxh7 20. Nf6+ Kg7 21. Qe4 Qxd3!! 22. Qxd3 Nb4 23. Qc4 Nc2+ 24. Ke2 Nxa1||
somehow black is still up a minor piece in that one
and black king is somewhat safe?
tho that black knight is at a weird place
well, white has no pieces left so i suppose haha
that c2 pawn black has is also doing work, in some lines im seeing the bishop until to take the a1 knight due to threat of promotion
anyhow
you can go Qe4 to start with
where?
after dxc3
and you just run up w your king if you get checked, e2 e3 f4
oh wait that doenst work
||19. Qe4 Rf5||
well Rxe7 or something then?
and black is winning because of the same Nb4 counterplay
yeah cant black start with cxd2 too
u mean at initial position?
instead of Rf5
yeah sure but also black's bishop and knight
but its still winning for black, but black has to rely on the same trick, ||19. Qe4 cxd2+?! 20. Kxd2 Qxd3+!!||
||Rh6 in the initial position? or is that too slow||
good news its not losing bad news its drawing
haha
its the 2nd best move, thats pretty good
btw, y leave out some basic candidate moves here
there are some moves that must be considered here, right?
||Bxg6..?||
queen trade
||Nf3?||
nope. hint: ||this move has the same problem as Ne5||
||Qg5?||
hangs bishop
