Hi, I have two accounts — one to use publicly in events, and another for private opening preparation. I signed up these two accounts using the same email address (for example, if my email was [email protected], I signed up my second account using [email protected]). Now, when I attempt to reset my password, I just get an email resetting the password of my second account, making it impossible to access my first account. Is there anything I could do?
