I added theming support to my site https://chessmadra.com by using the pieces from the Lila repo. The frontend of my site is open-source, but not licensed (haven’t figured out exactly what license I want to use). Wanted to check if I was okay here? Perfectly willing to remove the sets.
Also I can’t thank you all enough for the libre software approach you’ve taken. My site wouldn’t exist without the games database, puzzles database, API, etc etc.

It shouldn't be, you can see the requirements per piece set here: https://github.com/lichess-org/lila/blob/master/COPYING.md#exceptions-free

If the piece set it GPL, I don't think there is any issue. (Ofc if it is CC-NC there is 😅 )
