Highlight broadcasts

What about taking this feature that Prettier Lichess has for highlighting broadcasts and implementing it in Lichess?
(I modified how old important broadcasts look compared to Prettier Lichess)

I don't really understand what you mean Make the current border highlight a full color background? Why?

Its kinda the point, since those are the most important broadcasts

But the current border already highlights them plenty imo.
