||next move that would make sense is a4, if Qxa4 you have a pattern to win the rook, if bxa4 then Rb1 and white is crushing
if none of that happens you'll just have something to force the king to a6, then take on b5 and your rook now attacks the king||

so first Qb8 check to defend the Bishop in e5 from Rxe5 Qd4+ Qxe5 and then do the a4 plan Rosimo suggested.
