Our Game will be low Poly and stylised in a Cartoony way.
Simple Textures with an fake shadow / shine.
The Character is simple and Building parts are gonna be simple too.
The Guns are planned to be visually appealing, but still mostly simple.

That "delayed payment" is nonsense, because if you have the money to pay people, then you can simply do it for their work, and keep the revenue later for yourself. On the other hand, if you don't have the money and require the revenue, then it is simply rev-share.

So uh... You really can't get kickstarter for a free to play game.

buddy, no one with skills or a clear mind will work for a stranger who has not even finished/released a game on your idea to be paid in 1-2 years, if you have earned money by then AND that you will also give that money away to the people who worked on the failed game. no one falls for this. let me give you good advise for that: earn money by yourself, then you can pay people for their work. If your game is really so great, then you can keep all the revenue for yourself.

Just to put some notes here, since we removed the other messages:
- Deferred payment, especially for 12+ months, and for a first project is extremely risky.
- Payment can not be guaranteed if the funds are not available, it is not reasonable to expect people to take ones word for 12 months+ of labour
- My recommendation would be to switch to revshare to reduce risk liability
It is not possible to guarantee, it raises many red flags to promise that / opens more questions than answers
