then it's clear that you're saying that's what your role is

It may also be worth noting that the rules stipulate

- Programmer
- Artist
- Composer
Both to fit the rules, and also to make the project a more viable thing for other people, it'd probably be best for you to work on the game yourself doing programming/art/music/etc

I am ok at art
In my personal experience, programming is probably going to be the most valuable skill for making a game. With art you can make nice passive media (stuff to look at or listen to), but when it comes to interacting with the media, programming becomes very important. But having any kind of stuff to show for your game - prototypes, artwork, etc - will increase your chances of having other people be willing to join
