Everyone uses Salty because of how powerful it is for both Raff and Jimmy(with Tweeter) and they use Cold on Seven for obvious reasons...

Sour, Spicy and Strong do not even come close in comparison to being as effective as Salty/Cold because in all honestly they just don't give enough of a buff to make them viable.

Sour giving us up to 30% precision damage sounds great in theory but in practice just doesn't cut it, again multiplying the damage here would work better or reworking it completely to add some other type of benefit around shooting would be better.

Strong stacks up to 60% melee damage which sounds great but even with a full melee build Pinky it barely adds any damage making it virtually useless, how about changing it so it makes Pinky bigger and her melee hits get a multiplier to the damage?

Spicy is basically a joke giving us up to +50% extra fire damage and you have to stay airborne for 10 seconds, I can pull out Hot Trigger and get +30% in a fraction of the time, once again getting it to add a multiplier to the damage would work far better.

some ideas?

sour: it's clearly meant to be Jimmy's drink, so have it increase damage per stack of bullseye or skirmisher. this risks making it meh for others but it's not really for them anyway. you could also just make it ignore precision immunity when active/worn letting you precise hit armour (i think it's armour that's precision immune?)

spicy; leaving a burning circle that inflicts damage over time when a burning enemy dies would give it something comparable to salty

strong; give it damage reflecting/counter for X seconds after landing a melee attack/melee skill/pinkyy ult hit.

Maybe sour should just be on precision hit, instead of KO (even if it had to be reduced to 1%)? Especially when working with even a single other player, or in a boss fight, it's basically impossible to get more than a few stacks at a time. And also the dodge chance on drink is dumb, jimmy already hits the dodge cap by existing. As it stands, it's so bad, I'm using strong instead of sour on my jimmy, just for the overarmor and physical damage.

i think fire rate and reload speed would be an alright effect instead (on sour)

yeah, that's why I'm wasnt sure about that one as ultimately anyone can use the drinks.

iirc, Jimmy has the highest stackable buff of all characters so one idea could be too increase damage or precision damage by the highest number of stacks a buff has. this way anyone can use it but Jimmy potentially benefits the most
