I'm not sure if this is a bug but it looks like one. The sort where Lyra and Noam talk about yellow lanterns take place in SS 17, but the first time a patron asks for a yellow lantern is SS 19, there's even demand for purple lanterns before in SS 18. So this looks like either a story placement error or some levels got mixed up !

The story placement seems to be correct. I think the orders just didn't generate a Yellow and Magenta Lantern for you!
