When players update to 1.00.44, their level select screen shows up like this. Tagging @pulsar frost here for help when you get back just in case players submit reports

Do you remember if anything significant happened before this? Or did you just update and it opened to this?

And if you hard reset the app, the game still does the same thing?

Are you able to press any of the buttons? Could you try pressing play while you're in the Overworld Map?

Sorry for so many questions!! But it would help us a lot if you could share more info about what happened on your end. Thank you!

Okay so, I updated the app and opened it. Same typical screen, and I can press the level button to pull up what was shown (and what I’ll attach here)

Then, if I press upgrades, it’ll pull that up. If I press the workers, it’ll pull that up too

Then it looks like this, but I cannot press play

I can change locations, but it will still pull this up

Then after exiting, it switches them to the “correct” workers for Tropicvale

In the aspect of “hard reset”, I have completely closed the app and reopened and still ran into all of these

i've alerted our dev team about this and they'll work on it as soon as they get in in a couple of hours (it's 5 am right now here). we'll work on getting a fix for this as soon as possible

I have an iPhone 16 Pro with 26.2 iOS

I do believe there’s a new update out for iPhone which I haven’t gotten yet since I’m at work, so I can see if anything would change with an update to my phone (but I ain’t no dev, idk if that update would affect anything lol)

@somber mesa We found the root cause for this. It's affecting everyone who's already completed Level 50 of Tropicvale. We'll push a fix today and hopefully it gets approved for release within the same day.
