#Lost game progress

<@&1418147013249208350> Earlier today, the game prompted me to connect to my Facebook account (although I'm pretty sure I've been connected to it, or at this point idk). So I logged in and lost like a few months of progress in my game. In the screenshot you can see the progress I have currently. However as a daily player I can tell you that yesterday I had about 200+ gems, My PP level on Radiantlush was 9 and have 100% progress on it, I've already played a couple Goldridge levels, etc basically I lost a lot of progress.

Have you tried logging out from Facebook and see if it'll load your data?

Just did this and it led me to the home screen with a different player ID. When I press play it just takes me back to the same progress seen in the screenshot

Oh there’s so much, I grinded on getting 100% on Radiantlush for so long I had like 200k+ coins, like 200+ gems. I’d unlocked Goldridge already and upgraded everything I had unlocked (since I’m still on level 13 i think?). For patrons I’d already unlocked everyone, I don’t remember everyone’s token numbers and levels but I remember getting Gillie being lvl 9 already. Also I had so much progress on the event as well, I was like lvl 46 on the Adventure path and I had used the tricky treats to buy so many skins that were 250 each, also for the hidden trail I’d already gotten most of the gifts and got so many event tickets and prestige medals. for those two currencies I don’t remember how much I had sadly.

I can't restore the 100% because it is based in your progression like how many quests are completed in the venue.

Make sure to be connected to the internet when triggering a save.

You can trigger a save in many ways, and one of the easiest way to do it is by creating a change in your data like upgrading a shop item, boosting a venue and using gems to purchase something.

When cloud saving is triggered, make sure to use your local data because it will always be your latest data as a player that plays every day.
