So... what's the point of having this in the pool of the "grand rewards" if it does not do anything?... Just take it out or give it the musical buffs. Actually insane to put that in there as a "grand" reward when it has nothing on it. Make it make sense besides a leafy fashion tiara.

I have a fix for Fleur's Tiara, add a "recrafting/rerolling" recipe that takes erg unlock materials dropped from the event and let us roll the "crafted" stats on to it (still will be untradeable after)

The whole entire point of obtaining the Fleur's Grass Tiara in the first place is for the Music Buff Effect. What's the point of obtaining one if there's zero music buffs? This needs to be addressed ASAP.
