I have never had a more difficult time joinging a group than this, literally waiting for 3 hours, and there's ZERO officers to actually accept or even talk to

the only interaction i've had is with members who say there's some sort of recruitment process, an interview? to join the guild

There seems to be a misunderstanding, there is no recruitment site, I simply mentioned where we like to hang out and figured you would like to meet some of the members and get a feel for the guild. Instead you went there and endlessly complained about having to wait to gain entrance to a guild. I personally like to talk to every applicant to get to know them and ensure they are a good fit for the guild. Before I even had a chance to log in I had several people contacting me about your poor attitude. You made it very clear you are not the sort of member we want in our guild.
