Good afternoon,

This report concerns a bug that prevents players from dueling each other. As you can see in the attached screenshots, the "Confirm" button for duel requests is grayed out, preventing players from accepting duels.

While this bug doesn't cause a critical game failure, it does negatively impact the players' experience and enjoyment. I would recommend prioritizing this as a Normal to Intermediate severity issue.

The bug has occurred multiple times today with different players. Dargum, myself, Daderic, Koi and Jaide have experienced this repeatedly in the past hour. Other affected players can add their experiences to this report as well.

When i got it, it was due to the cartomancy buff, when that disappeared i was able to duel again

You don't have to have it on to experience it, if either of the players have the buff active it'll cause that

tested it abit myself, seems like it's related to buffs

can be fixed by you both ccing to a different channel even with the buff on

It being caused by duration buffs is a plausible theory

But I remember also doing it when neither of us had those so I don't know

Unless you count phae blessing but it doesn't make sense why it would randomly work sometimes

next time you see the bug, would you both try ccing to a different channel together then requesting there? then ccing back to the default channel and requestin there as well?

No way I can prove it right now but I got the bug. swapped to ch9. did it again. still didn't work. then swapped back and it still didn't work.

We did that the first night.

To properly identify the cause, the developers would need to examine the server logs and pinpoint the exact timestamps when the bug occurs. This would allow them to trace the issue back to its source.

We appreciate your theories and suggestions! We actually encountered this bug while testing my damage output against Darg and it affected everyone with us randomly.

Pretty interesting, happened to me when i used buff things but after doing what i mentioned me and my friend ended up dueling for an hour or so without issues, a tad curious how you trigger the bug so consistently
