Summary: Noticed Orbs can't be repaired anywhere

Occurrence: Always
Detail: Tried different NPCs and tried with the Alter of Restoration. There doesn't seem to any method of repairing them for now? Hopefully there's a fix soon or Part 2 gives us the option to fix. Makes the Perseus Orb and Nightbringer Orb a limited item that needs to be used sparingly.

When the 2nd Part of the Astrologer Update comes out, we'll have the means of crafting the powder to repair the Orbs by ourselves. For now, just use the [Event] Repair powder from the Event NPC until part 2 comes along.
