Old returning player | Mabinogi | Page 1

pinkieOwo Hello everyone, I am a really old player wanting to return to Mabinogi, I stopped playing around 2010-2011, apparently I did finish Generation 11 since I have that sword/lance in my inventory, I logged in last night and saw it. I also have a lot of items I don't even remember what they are good for, I felt so lost looking at everything haha. I feel so far left behind. I did a little bit of research about this in Google and some people talked about how easy it is now days? Like you can achieve thousands of accumulative levels just by doing quests? or reaching rank 1 skills in a few hours? I remember it used to be a pain back then.. Anyway, what should I do? I don't want to start a new character since I have a lot of pets and stuff already, but should I start a new one? or should I just play my character? what would it be better for someone like me? I am a grown adult now so I don't have a lot of time in hand anymore, not like I used to xD I just want to enjoy the game and if possible, achieve better skills or levels not having to spend weeks, I am not a hardcore gamer so I don't need to be top 1 or the best player, just someone casual trying not to die in a dungeon or whatever is new. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated

Doing Blaanids questline will get you to level 20k. While doing this you should look at the arcana and prepare 2 talents for grandmaster for that chosen arcana.

You should have beginner quests which leads you to Blue Fragrance quest, and there begins your power leveling journey and it'll tell you to do so the story to pretty much power level

Thanks, my character is kind of messed up, didn't master anything hehe I am mostly melee and I don't even have swords xD I looked for them yesterday and I am not sure what happened to them, what could I get nowadays to use as melee? Something easy to get for the time being, like maybe buy from NPC

It seems like it, I mean, getting to 20k in quests wow xD I played for a long time, like 2 years back then and all I achieved was level 1.5k! then again I was casual, not hardcore but still 😛

You can be a casual and do a lot of things. Skill training easier too. If you wanted I have a bunch of skill training potions rotting in my bank
