Tool bar shortcut switch control is uncomfortable
when I press shift with my pinky I barely reach the function buttons, but I could reach the number buttons. When i quick switch and try to use a skill, then it feels very uncomfortable.
I would need to be left handed player with my right hand on the keyboard, if I want to use shift and F1 - F4 effectively.
what I usually do is, I use shift and my mouse to activate those skills, but the way how monsters would not even give you the time for that because of ganging upon you, when you do not have soul link/divine link enabled is unreal.
Then what I highly dislike and took ages (6 months) to figure out was:

you can't use shift anymore to switch to those F1-12 skills anymore. You have to press Enter twice to close it. Even tho you click on the ground and basically left the chat window, it still believes, you want to write stuff. EVERY other button works, even when that chat window is open. This makes the game feel broken, if you do not know this issue and how to solve it.

People just cycle through non function usually. Ctrl 1-8 or something.

not to mention the weird delay when holding shift to use that second function key bar, takes like 250ms of holding shift before it finally rotates over. doesn't sound like a lot, but it gets in the way sooooo badly

I have set my thumb button of my mouse as shift, makes it easier to use the F1-12 buttons
