Summary:
Various Set Effects, such as Max Damage from Ceann Bliana sets, Imperial Knight Gloves, Forest Ranger Wear, etc. Are no longer working. I've also been told that set effects that provide Magic Attack are not working anymore either.

Gonna be testing more set effects too.

**Confirmed to be not working so far:

  • Max Damage
  • Magic Attack
  • Attack Delay
  • Ladeca Movement Speed
  • Charge Enhancement (Range only)**

~~Conflicting results:

  • Water Alchemy Enhancement
  • Fire Alchemy Enhancement
  • Earth Alchemy Enhancement
  • Wind Alchemy Enhancement~~
    Alchemy Wings retested, they are working.

Difficulty:
Advanced - People rely on this stuff.

I can personally confirm through testing the following Set Effects will show in the status window but do not apply their effects:

Ceann Bliana Skirmisher Set:
-Max Damage Increase (+50) Set Effect

Special Phantom Reaper Wear:
-Max Damage Increase (+10) Set Effect

Special Noble Dragon Guardian Wings (Enchantable):
-Max Damage Increase (+7) Set Effect
-Magic Attack Increase (+13)

Yeah, I've done some damage tests as well that seem to confirm that they're not applying. It also appears as though the Attack Delay Enhancement on Wings isn't working either..

If you're really missing out 50 Max Damage from Glen Armor then this definitely should be patched ASAP because that's really not fair to people.

Magic attack from wings is not applying, nor are the new elemental mastery set effects from the new yantra wings

I'm not entirely sure but it doesn't look like the critical damage from ceann bliana scholar's is applying

Did a test with the Shadow Reaper Gloves's range boost. Those aren't working either.

Can also confirm that the Ladeca Movement Speed boost is not working (top is without, bottom it with Possessed Eiren wings, which have 1%, can't find any clean Reaper shoes to test a higher value)

Confirmed a couple more:
Special Forgotten Draconian Charming Wings no M.Att or Max

Troubadore's Wig and Chapeau- No Viv buff? I used to roll a 44 norm and 50+ haunting now it's a 41 norm and a 48 haunting, All other equips are the same including echo. But would be better to confirm with a clean hat, mine has chorus.

Revanant Puppet skill cooldowns are working fine. 👍
Cressida Alchemy buffs are working fine. 👍
Can't test NB and Pers alch buffs due to enchants.

Viv set effect is fine you misunderstand how it works.

Water efficiency set effect does not work hit a max hit of 17271 multiple times using ignis as my max hit prior to equipping them. Afterwards my max damage remained 17271 instead of increasing. It can probably be assumed all efficiencies are broken.

Charge Enhance confirmed to be partially broken, the +15% range does not apply. (but the damage works fine)

Max Damage (+8) on special forest ranger outfit is not working, however the Attack Spped Increase (+20%) on it is working

Can anyone confirm the Yantra wings' Efficiencies are actually broken? During testing yesterday it was observed by myself and others that there was a damage increase when using them, just a very marginal one (.6% FD per ele). If that is incorrect, or if the functionality was diminished (unlikely since it seems like things are either working as intended or not working at all, not having decreased efficacy) then that's a huge problem.

From mine and Seren's testing, there was no effect on both Water Cannon and Ignis Plume - I didn't see anything in our equipment that prevent them from working either

(Also would be nice if those effects actually had set effect icons SRead )

it's possible some efficiencies work and some don't. Magic is much easier to test for since it has 100% balance you hit your max hit fairly often. I used that to test crit dmg, ele masteries, eharm. For Alchemical efficiencies I only tested water using the water/wind wings. I sat in provo spamming ignis until a number trended as the highest hit recorded so it could safely be assumed to be my max hit. I then equipped the water wings and did the same with the max hit remaining the same.

the important thing with stinger testing is you absolutely cannot move because of the link effect increasing damage scaling with range

I've been testing the alch wings more but I can't really seem to find a difference (somehow I've been critting 1 damage less with my water cannon if I equip the wings)

It could all just be a big mess, you know, given how Mabi tends to work bcaGuiltySweat

I'm sitting on Power-potion related bugs too, but waiting for set effects to be fixed before I can retest and report those...

It however seems the spellwalk enchantment effect is working correctly

My friends and I sat around to discuss our results and we noticed that we all had been looking at them wrong

I can now confirm on my end that the Water effect now works on Water Cannon, however the efficiency bonus only affects the "true damage" portion of it and will thus not be affected by critical hit damage bonuses

We also asked around for people with Shadow Reaper Shoes and they have confirmed for us that they are indeed not providing their movement speed boost at the moment, as they share that effect with certain wings

I can confirm that the 4 effects associated with wings (Max Damage, Magic Damage, Attack Delay, and Ladeca Movement Speed) have all been fixed.

However one bug on the list remains unfixed, by which I assume it's probably an older bug than the others: The Range increase part of the "Charge Enhance" effect:
