Honestly with the skill training req lift, housing has zero purpose other than decoration. That a gold fee is still required monthly just to be able to customize something that has become mostly decorated through gachapon sales feels kind of... Not nice. Either the fee should be a one time thing (and upped to maybe a 3-5m payment) or it should be removed entirely as it serves no purpose other than to be a (bad) gold sink.

As a side note, 'outdoor' homestead props like walls and flooring should also be made available for housing.

in addition to this, can we have all the rooms available? there are 7 doors in a mansion but only 3 are useable. when they gave us the house they said we'd get to open the other room later... its been years and still nothing

u can choose to not pay for it
you just need to pay for it once to add in 3 benches for that technique
unless the extra 1 AH slot is important
but yea a monthly fee in general is stupid
when it costs effort to upgrade your hs and needing pay

Mentioning techniques is relevant here though, you need a room in a maxed out house with a brownie in it to use the best technique in the game

It feels weird building a house then having to pay tax on it to use a technique that already has a per use cost
