What do you mean? I became a year younger with my rebirth if thats what you mean.

I see. I had asked cause I think I tried to rebirth without adjusting age and didn't get the box, so I had to use a rebirth pot. I could be misremembering, but it still was a question worth asking

Regardless I think you should get the box. Age change or not. But maybe I'm missing something.

you get a box on rebirth without adjusting your age
i haven't adjusted my age from 17 on rb since the rework and have recieved the age pot box
did you check all your bags

Update: I used a rebirth potion and I didn't receive an age potion selection box again.
