So I don’t have any good gear it’s basically all bland, I’ve done hundreds of AAHM with no BME drops, I’m told I can’t farm any content solo, but I also don’t see anyone actually doing runs or recruiting.. I can farm 2m or 3m a day.. am I supposed to just farm for 3 months to afford one piece of gear? Tell me there is a better way?

First thing to know is that blannid is Good Gear! It will carry you very far in the game.
Secondly are you a human, elf or giant? Have you done commerce at all?
2m a day is way better than most players and will Not take 3 months for 1 gear at that speed. It just depends on what you want to build for. BME is not a great answer to your money goals. Very few drop. What else is dropping for you?
A little more info and people can give better suggestions. For now this hardly sounds like a question and more like salt at not getting a BME. (Which is fair as I am also salt)
It’s not targeted at BME. I just don’t see how it’s reasonable for someone to play 8 hours a day farming fine leathers or something else that isn’t tech/raids, since I apparently can’t do those
A few million a day is the best that I have found is possible
Yes you're not the only one seeing this as a problem. There is a drop rate update expected to be on the way.
I am human 24k total
Ok so whats your arcana?
41 EK
Fanatic
Enchants on it?
Post a screenshot and I can review your gear faster sorry for all the questions. Let's figure out whats the cheapest next step you can make for your gear 😄
Can’t remember right now.. my biggest crits are like 60-80k
Not bad getting up there
I don’t know what I can do next for money
I feel like all I can do is farm wiz a couple times a day and try Alby HM or Rundal HM
Have you tried commerce?
The buildup is slow but once you get to silver 5 for the season you can focus on barters that can make 1m per run
Or there are a lot of crafting items used in erg
Erg consumes a lot of mats. Especially fine and finest leather.
Picking up all that drop for you and selling those can also be good. You can set your doll bags to pick up leather and have pouches that hold them
I do that, but it’s all day farming for maybe a few mil which is my issue
It’s months of constant farming all day to make a few mil a day
To afford just a demo now
Well long story short... this game isn't one that is meant to be won in a day. A demo staff is actually a very good weapon especially with DD out.
As for commerce, I’ve never been able to get good returns for time
I got to gold at one point last year and it was still only a few mil a day
You say that like a few mil a day isn't a good amount
But 150m for demo now and arrow slot, 3m a day x 50 days it’s almost 2 months
And I can’t farm eight hours a day lol
So?
So dont
Take your time and enjoy things rather than focusing on the grind
Or you can p2w
Also looking back at your first reply... why can't you do techs? An issue of not strong enough, or no people to run with?
Both, I think. My few friends who don’t really play anymore said I’m not strong enough
I have never entered a tech mission
I won't be back from my Christmas vacation till the 31st but I'd be happy to teach you. And if you've got EK then you should be plenty strong. You may get a little banged up but 20k is a great place to start in techs
I don’t know where to start with tech, the old days had dozens of passes but we all knew A4 and F4 was where the money was, is tech similar? Are some better than others?
I appreciate that very much, it feels a bit daunting trying to figure out all this new content
All techs must be run for the demo and ruin items so all of them have value. Just depends whats easiest for you.
And.. where to go and what I can do
Yeah its definitely a lot to navigate
Send me a note on mabi. Name is Treefrog and ill hit you up when I'm back and we can do some runs
Best thing to do for now is look at the wiki for max dmg enchants and focus on getting those for your armor, gloves and boots.
What armor/items you have now?
Ultimate geas armors from tech runs are great, but a basic non-special troubadour armor is cheap and good def/prot for a start
Add a fortification enchant to the troub armor and when I get back we can get you dampen shock. Which will really up your def
The biggest thing is getting the generations done.
You need G22 done for: Revived Illusion, Feth Fiada, and Seven Nightmares.
You need G23 done for Awakened Abyssal Lord.
22 is enough to run for demo gear.
i have g22 done but i dont know any of those 3 things
Nice 👌
Ok so helm is good. 4m for a Blossoming hope gem and it will be 3 lines and you can roll for more reforges.
Armor is good for dmg but we can upgrade you easily when we start running techs. I think a fortification enchant would help a lot when starting techs. Like I said if you get a cheap troubadour suit it will give you good def that will keep you standing in techs.
That sword is beautiful! Keep it as is for now. Smash reforge would be better for EK but the max dmg is good.
I might recommend switching it to erg A tier for cost efficiency. But that's up to you.
Horns ring is perfect. Keep.
Dragon boots can be replaced but are good dmg enchants for now.
planning on going alchemist archer soon so wasnt investing anymore into sword
🥲 nah you good I understand
Just letting you know though
Alchemical sharpshooter is the most expensive class
For endgame anyway
I was figuring I can at least get my foot in the door by getting a demo bow
And.. farm from there
Very true 👍 even a bhafel bow and arrow will get you in the door and those are a lot cheaper. Might be good to get one for while you're building demo, or stick with the blannid crossbow, which as a human will let you run with archery skills loaded.
By who? An endgamer?
Yeah most would say that. But if you have no weapons to use to gather the mats for better weapons, how do you even start?
Depends on the cost
well if its going to just be the same as my fanatic sword and EK
I might as well stick to this and make money for now
Yup that works too. 👍
I'm headed to bed now but ill hit you up when I'm back from vacation. Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄
Merry christmas and thank you for all your time
Wait
If this is more of gold farming question on what to focus on
AAHM to a lot of people is just a weekly rush. There's a lot else to do for a few mil an hour deal.
Gear wise, yeah others are better to explain.
Also, I have before spent a few weeks like 5+ hours a day farming logs with good returns up to 30m a day. It's not very ideal... But you can still just spend a week, manage logs, and make what you need in a week, buyers depending.
I've also done stupid tasks like my 100 taunes guns crafting day. Those ended up just being erg fodder, and gifting the 90%+ max dmg hits..
My logs arent really selling and I'm making sure I list the cheapest
Finding that niche sector of the market and then not crashing yourself into oblivion with undercutting is difficult. You and others gotta know when to stop trying to be the lowest and just stop at the same price
Tough either way
Doing daily tasks and things that other people just don't want to spend the time on is the key. Hard to find what works for you though
I hope the cheating rats see this post and feel guilty that they ruined progression for players like blueberry
reason why its millions is multiboxers injected artificial money into the eco for 10+ years unchecked
one good example is BME is 80m in korea despite having a ton more players therefore it should be cheaper with the amount of gold injected in their eco
but here multiboxers thought bme should be 120m per pop
despite less players than Kor and less gold for people who dont cheat
so it should be cheaper in NA but what do ya know they think they help the game
injecting box money into the eco so everything is expensive
only people that really know the game can make progress at a meaningful rate
Please keep things in threads relevant to the topic. Your rant doesn't help this player in the slightest.
No worries.

sorry that was legit mistake

@scarlet dune 1. Play the AH
-
Production stuff in demand (phantasmal sight must have pretty much) good examples are hay bales and mutant rn but things are always going up and down so its up to you to determine whats worth your time
-
Duo Sidhe Finiechea or Full party (very stable income around 200-250k roughly in gold value per 5-8min once u get it down)
-
Pub Raids (black and white dragon mostly)
-
Commerce (slowest method but afk friendly Belvast -> Cor safe & ogre armor ( requires 45%+ commerce speed reforge, commerce partner, 100k ducat necks, gm title to be worth your time imo
all those things are what I think is worth ur time with this jacked up economy everything relevant costing millions
once u get some gear you can add solo hard mode dungeon to your list
and then finally weekly dungeons like glenn and crom
glenn very easy cause ppl will carry your slack
Raids are difficult for mele players if you don't have good def. Bd will wipe your hp and you may lose more contributions than you gain.
Sidhe is a great idea its easy and team effort, and can rarely give you high sale echostones if you have the ap to burn. If not then save up the awakening stimulants and sell when an event is running.
Hi not sure if you’re still looking for help but here’s my 2 cents:
-
Stop doing HM dungeons, they’re not worth the effort or time for most people given abysmal drop rates.
-
Sidhe is the most sure fire way to make lots of money early. There’s even an event ongoing right now that will make it more worthwhile. Every ~4 runs you should be able to make a grade 20 Echostone, which you should fragment to yield one supplement and some finest stimulants. Sell the supplement for 700-800k gold and the finest stimulants go for ~150-190k each.
Every run you should fragment any excess echostones (ones you aren’t advancing) and get a free stimulant for a guaranteed at least 200k per run.
So, on average you get guaranteed ~575k gold per run with sidhe and each run only takes ~3-5 minutes depending on how strong your party is.
You can do other content for sure (techs, Albans, raids, hardmode dungeons), but strictly from an efficiency standpoint sidhe is the best way for someone like you to make gold fast.
- Once you gain enough gold, set aside a set % of your income strictly for investments. Gacha greatly fuels the economy, and you should be able to predict what items are gonna be popular each rotation. Prices are usually cheapest within hours when items first come out, so buy those and wait a few weeks for prices to increase and resell for 2-3x the price you bought it for.
It may seem scary at first, but the risk is rather low since you can always resell the item at the price you bought for at a slight loss (market tax) if things go wrong. 90% of the time though, prices of popular items go up with gacha over time and you will be able to double or triple your investment. You can make hundreds of millions of gold from just clicking buy and sell and not even running a single dungeon.
- Join a helpful guild or make friends with strong people. You can learn a lot and break up the monotony of spamming sidhe by getting carried through other content such as tech missions, crom, and Glenn this way. Rare drops do happen, and you can go from poor to billionaire overnight if lucky. Be sure to not get scammed though by asking prices of items through multiple people (ex: some people sold an enchant worth billions of gold for like 100 million only).
