Tailoring Kits have this Reforge available, but Blacksmith Hammer do not.
I think they should have access to it too.

there are several blacksmithing bonus specific titles while there are none for tailoring

Bumping this because I think it should still be a thing. It's so frustrating being a royal smith and having BiS gear/title yet still cannot sig consistently. I wouldn't even ask for much, maybe +.25 quality per level making it a max of +5 quality at level 20. I think that would be enough to consistently sig. Orrrr make the royal title more than +1 quality...

Tbh in the future it’d be nice if we had all the crafting gear loved equally;
Mining drill gets reforges; engineering hammer gets quality and success rate bonus reforges
Blasted oak wand getting harvest speed/magic craft success rate and quality reforge, and all of them get relative titles for quality perhaps
