is that Bond importance ? Is that the ego's bond is at 100% at levels 54, 59, 64, 69, 74, 79, 84, 89, and every level beyond 89. what else I Need to know about Bond .and any other i need to take care about Spirit Weapon ?

So at those levels you specified, you get extra ego points if the bond is 100% when you level up from 54->55, 59->60, etc. Failing to do that prevents you from getting those extra points! A permanent mistake for that spirit weapon. When you get to 54(and every other level specified!) You'll get a prompt warning you about potentially missing out. The early levels, don't worry too much about bond, when leveling slows down you'll end up getting 100 bond per level if you chat with your ego occasionally!

Btw, you can increase your bond with your ego weapon by chatting with it 3x per in-game day for 30 bond total. You also get 5 bond for every 5 minutes you’re in combat with that weapon.
Also, if you ever end up buying the Welcome Milletian Attendance Check Package, it’s a good idea to save the Mysterious Spirit Stones you get from that to get you from level 80 to 100. You won’t have to worry about bond, and you’ll won’t have to farm 65% of the exp you’d need to level your ego to 100. If you level up your ego weapon using a mysterious spirit stone, you automatically get the bonus points from bond, which is convenient.

Maxing out bond gives you the most exp gain per item, so it's advantageous to do so at every level. It's also easy to do, you just have to talk a few times to the weapon even if you aren't using it in combat (for example, check in a few times during afk fishing).

what Gem should i Feed a preferred gem that is 1 CM or larger to Spirit weapon count as Third Calling. i fed a lot different Gem to my Spirit but the Quest Still not Count!!!!!

Middle tree. Max out 3 of them, esp the hailstorm buff and bonus damage on debuff. Get the ultimate. Chaincast +2 on int magics is very powerful.
