Blaanid does not stack with wave sweeper

Wave Sweeper shares it's slot in the movespeed formula with movement speed titles, March Song, and Movement Speed reforge effect. Whichever of these is highest applies. Fleet Feet and its variants as well as the Elemental Harmony Shoes with Spellwalk active will stack with these.

So ideally, to maximize your speed, you'll get movement speed shoes (fleet feet, special forest ranger, shooting star gives +10%) and a wave sweeper (which ranges from 3-18%, but since it won't stack with blaanid, you'd want 10% and higher to get actual increase in speed.)

There's also goose feather and sky high feather which will stack with those 2 I mentioned.

Those are the more permanent options since you can wear/activate them.

There's temp options, like movement speed potion, March song, shield of trust skill, alto, fallen fairy summon, much more. But they're such a small timer that you won't do them all the time.

Be warned. The path to speed is expensive and there are red herrings, like saint gaurdian helmet, imperial boots, and dragon abyss armor which gives 1% speed, but doesn't stack with fleet feet.
