the title does nothing in comparison the the dan title they are equal according to some people

yep, dan 3, master, and 2nd titles such as Dan titles and brilliant cosmos seems to improve the chance.

How MC/HE quality work is very different from other items, and I'm doing some experiments.

No one believes that Monday has a quality effect on HE/MC but most people do it on Monday anyways.

Unfortunately the only way to get real answers is to be a Korean Player and to ask their support to add a comprehensive guide to stuff like this.
