So I accidentally chose the wrong advancement ticket— which was for tailoring, thus the thread— and now I’m pretty much in a race to rank this to a Dan-able state before the ticket expires in... 3 more days (but even if it expires the help would be much appreciated 🙇🏻♀️)
Any tips/tricks on ranking tailoring more efficiently when you hit r1? I’ve been going at it, but I don’t think I’m doing this right.

Thanks for the resource! I wish I had known this existed sooner for my other skills! This will definitely help a lot 🙇🏻♀️
Are those ptj for tailoring and weaving providing you with mats or do you have to use your own mats?
@radiant wadi
Iirc it was that you had to provide your own mats
It's not like hillwen or Shyllien daily
gotta double check but i think it should give
Also the advanced jobs go up to rank 8 patterns.
The only daily you should do for skill training is hillwen and Shyllien. Ptjs like lighthouse and blacksmith are ok, but getting to 100 is a pain just for skill training as you're time gated to skills you can do easily.
@glad dome right, you can fragment some completed items to save materials.
You can get someone with high frag level to help with that.
Money/time saved
You can also do fragmenting with blacksmithing and handicraft. Not all though
Oh shoot, that’s true. I’ll have to start doing that aaa ty for the reminder
Here’s the way I’m approaching my Dan leveling for tailoring:
- 1.2x tailoring exp reforge
- 1.5x tailoring exp from homestead workbench expertise (should be doable to get 800 points in a few days)
- Maximum 8x count multiplier from various sources from stacking 3 of the following: Blaanid’s Bestie title, blue prism, life/all skill exp potion, event multiplier, or talent title.
With this, I just need to make about 60 hair bands, completing 16 of them, to fully rank it up. This should be doable within the minimum 10 minute window given by the workbench expertise. Very cheap materials wise if you set it up properly. Be warned that you do need to this in your homestead in order to benefit from the workbench expertise bonus.
Those advancement tickets were for Dan skills? I was wondering why I couldn't use them
