This kind of logic doesn't seem to fit. I think it would make more sense and be more appropriate to sell this to players under the name of private health insurance in exchange for IC money, and then have an ambulance nearby three minutes after the player faints to take them to the hospital for treatment.

I already made an AI medic system.
When there are no real medics online, the AI medic will be active and come automatically.
And when a real medic is online, the AI medic will be disabled and won’t interfere.

However, if a real medic is online, the AI system is disabled so it doesn't interfere with roleplay.

After watching the video, I understand; I'm just asking how this would contribute to role-playing or the server's economy. If you sell it as health insurance, it would benefit both the server and role-playing.

If you sell it for money, the player puts in effort, earns money, and buys it. This way, the economy constantly revolves, and the player continues to play on the server to earn more money.
