🌴 This resource was converted from an offline GTA San Andreas mod and adapted by me for MTA. It replaces all palm trees in Los Santos and Las Venturas with new, higher-definition textures and models.

This mod** does not** impact your server performance, as the models and textures are extremely lightweight (40–50 KB, nearly the same size as the original files).

The download includes a readme.txt file with instructions on how to install the resource on your server.

@sharp onyx I can't add this to #1439266225254436965 because it's a mod containing mainly models/textures, and not scripts 😅 we aren't including those there
