A clothes shop not only for players that want to customise their CJ, but to also change the colours on many other skins.
It uses a custom shader to change the colour values on textures. Players will be able to walk into any clothes shop and buy a new colour on valid skins.
Depending on the skin you could be able to change the hat, shirt and pants.
This is a feature I am making for the Prime Freeroam server.

the shader i assume ignores the black and white pixels and change the hue of the other pixels ?
