nice!! but how do you plan to correct the deformed arms bug? I tried to add the skateboard just like that years ago and ran into the same issue, the only fix I know would be the old bikearmfix.asi but MTA doesn't supports it.

But basicaly, i just used the updateElementRpHAnim when a player was on the bike/skate

Nice, do you think that itβs possible on MTA to modify properties like fire rate? (and other similar properties that u can find in weapon.dat)
I can't edit all weapon properties, but I found a method for fire rate and it works perfectly

Calm down, Rick here is still developing this. It will be free, it's just not ready yet. Showcase post is meant to share the progress and gather ideas.
Those 2 resources you sent are 5+ years old and don't do what is expected
The system you sent is outdated, uses bad functions, leaves many doors open for cheaters, does not take into account the skill mechanics from GTA SA and dual weapons and other aspects of GTA and does not allow for major modifications, it is very hermetic, as I would say. Using element data β οΈ setElementData(v, "current_weapon", cw)
My resource will also be available for free as an open source library for MTA on github

Currently working on adding sounds of bullets ricocheting off surfaces like cars, windows, solid surfaces materials, water etc.
In the original weapons system the sound of every weapon was heard equally in new weapons the weapon sound is dependent on the weapon_range property setting, additionally each weapon may or may not have its own reload sound and you can even adjust the length of the reload time for each weapon.
