I know it sucks (a lot) to get banned if you’re innocent but if you’re really not guilty of what you got banned for you will be able to play on our servers again as long as you tell everything to our staff exactly how it is. Getting banned for „suspicious account“ is an automatic ban carried out by our anticheat, there’s a lot of reasons for it but it’s use is to prevent cheaters and co. To even access our servers.

I didn't do anything wrong because I literally had zero playtime. Your anti-cheat flagged me the moment I connected. Please check your logs; you will see that I just logged in and got auto-banned instantly. Can you please check my account and fix this error so I can just play with my friends?

Because of this, the system places a lot of importance on new accounts having:

1. A high profile level
2. Existing games in the library

yes you should stay banned but if you want to get unbanned after breaking our server rule, You need to pay 72€ insurance for unban. Which means you buy VIP kits in our store, any you like for total worth at least 72€. You then need to message me. You will get the kits you bought and the unban.

I made an unban ticket because I genuinely did not understand why I had been banned. I had to wait 4 weeks before getting a response, only to be told that I could submit another appeal in 180 days.

So I waited and tried again, but I was told “ban appeal denied.” I tried once more today, and again I was refused. I truly do not understand, as I have never cheated or done anything against the rules. This account belongs to me and was bought with my own money.

I was also banned on Rust Reborn for “suspicious account,” but they performed a full check of my PC and confirmed that I was completely clean and safe, which resulted in my unban there.

It has now been 6 months that I have been fighting to get unbanned, and I honestly just want a fair review of my situation.

We have an Auto Ban system that makes bans on accounts for being suspicious etc so not all the time is it an Admin that is banning you but the server itself banning you and we have a very small time that does the appeal process so depending on the ticket you put in for the times can vary in which it is responded too. again I am very sorry you feel this way but I can assure it's not because they pay for kits or paid for fast track or anything of this sort. It is simply because of the type of ticket made and how far in the queue system they were.
