Hey Savitar, If you trying to get the discord kit in game the issue is you don´t have the bestrust tag adopt it.
For that you need to press on Bestrust Servers --> Server Tag -->And press in Adopt Tag.
After that in game do /auth if that doesn´t work relog your game and do /auth in game and it should work.

I cannot, sorry. I do not handle ban appeals. Reasons/ answers are not always provided and no one is entitled to a reason. Typically what happens is the person does not give correct information/ lies/ omits facts. Not saying this is your case, just giving some insight

Once you deposit, a timer starts. If the timer has gone over 24 hours and you have not deposited, the kits are gone

Just provide all info/ context when appealing - no need to wait for anyone to respond. Have multiple accounts? add them all (if you dont then you are omitting info). Have other bans? Add them all (again, if you dont its omitting info and the same as lying). etc.etc.

Hey bro I get it man being raided by a cheater sucks but I’d recommend opening a player report ticket and if nothing happens then that player is most likely not a cheater but please just be patient because your ticket is in a que system and they are answered oldest to newest so it will take a bit of time

If you encounter a cheater, please collect as much evidence as possible, open up a player report ticket, report him in the F7 menu and PLEASE do not call him out in game or in discord because that makes it more difficult for us. Just provide as much evidence as possible in your ticket. Do not create new tickets as it pushes you to the bottom of the list. You may see "you have 0 tickets open", because its not been opened by the appeals team. Its there, but not opened.

yea it worked for me at one point as well. i had the same problem. also adjusting graphics settings and making sure your pc can handle what you’re running will also help just in case verifying files doesn’t work out for u
