There is a ticket process that takes some time, they are taken in order of Oldest>Newest to ensure this is fair for the community, its also dependent on many other factors such as evidence to review and also the case you were banned for. you just have to be patient and wait for a response.

No bother, and yes its simply a case of waiting around, they can take quite some time due to the nature of bans and they're usually system detected smoking gun bans or manual time set ones, they're not issued easily and take time to review an appeal for each one, we do have a limited number of staff who are able to dedicate lots of time toward resolving these. i tried everything .. restart game steam pc and changed wifi DNS checked game files too
